Certified Nursing Assistant

Duties &Responsibilities

Provide basic care to patients and assist them in daily activities.

Requirements

Six months experience in a hospital, clinic, or in a SNF/Home Health setting as a nurse assistant, care partner, or medical assistant.

Current State certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Attendant course.

A solid understanding of human anatomy, basic medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles.

Demonstrated ability to use personal computer. Current BLS certification from AHA required.
