    We are seeking a problem solving, communicable, dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet Manager/Administrator for our fast paced luxury RV rental company located in Pompano Beach. If you're passionate about logistics, pay attention to details and have a knack at managing office operations, we want to hear from you! (Knowledge of RV or automotive industry logistics is a plus!)

    Responsibilities: 1.) Fleet Management: *Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and logistics of our luxury RV fleet.

    • Ensure vehicles are in top condition for customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with mechanics and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance. 2.) Office Operations: *Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations
    • Handle all warranty work orders and paperwork
    • Maintain organized records of the fleet and have an efficient filing system. 3.) Team Leadership: *Supervise and motivate office staff to achieve optimal performance. *Foster a positive and safe work environment and teamwork among employees. *Conduct training sesswions to enhance te4am skills. 4.) Logistics and Coordination: *Coordinates with various departments to streamline workflows. *Implement efficient processes to enhance overall company efficiency.
