RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Grow you sales funnel using referrals, engaging centers of influence, and marketing tools that are provided.
• Continually offer the best service to our customers to protect and WOW them!!.

REQUIREMENTS

• CURRENTLY POSSESS A PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE. (PREFERRED), or be able to obtain a license quickly.
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• Proficiency to multi-task, organization, and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling challenging customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
