Top Rated insurance agency is looking for an individual for full time licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service position. The right candidate must be self-motivated, assertive and organized, with an excellent phone voice. Written communication skills are also key in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking incoming service calls from existing clients
• Processing policy changes, payments and cross-selling additional insurance products
• Making outbound calls to clients for additional information pertaining to their policies

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills 
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must have ability to multi-task, and have excellent organizational skills
