About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support while helping them navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries about insurance products and services.

Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.

Provide quotes and information on coverage options.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products.

Promote additional services to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous customer service experience, ideally in insurance or finance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.

Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
