About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at the Shane Cone Allstate Insurance Agency in Homewood, Alabama, as a Customer Service Representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes

Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems

Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences

Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice

Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Requirements:

Allstate experience required

Active property & casualty insurance license required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
