Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility is to Quote and Close new business for agency growth.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Prospecting for customers with the intent of quoting households, presenting quote proposals, overcoming objections and closing sales to generate new business.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support and sell new policies based on our agency value proposition.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Job Qualifications

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Must have ability to multi-task.
A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Prior Sales Experience.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.

Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
