As a Senior Licensed Insurance Customer Care Representative, you will help grow our Raleigh Allstate agency by engaging customers and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

Achieve goals through helping and retaining existing customers

Review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets

Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs

Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties

Provide a positive customer experience that brings in referrals

Job Qualifications

Strong experience in a service/care career – customer service experience required

Insurance experience required

Must have Property and Casualty license

Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Spanish speaking is a plus
