About Us: Ebersole Insurance is in the downtown district of Camp Hill on Market St and seeking to add to our licensed insurance sales team. We offer comprehensive insurance solutions and personalized coverage options for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with potential clients and analyze their insurance needs
• Educate clients about insurance policies and recommend suitable coverage options
• Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients
• Maintain Strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Must have a property & casualty or personal lines license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self Motivated and results - oriented mindset
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM Software
• High school diploma or equivalent

Licensed but no previous experience? No problem!

We have a proven track record with our onboarding and training program where you will have a support system in place from day 1 throughout your career with our agency.
