Looking for a high earning career opportunity that provides multiple career paths and flexible work options? Join our office in Cuyahoga Falls, OH working for a nationally known company in the insurance industry. This is a sales position that requires an Ohio Property and Casualty License. If you are truly interested in a new career, but do not have a P&C license, we can help you through the licensing process.

Responsibilities and Duties

Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers

Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources

Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets by providing product knowledge and making professional recommendations that are in the best interest of the customer.

Create insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverages for current customers and prospects. (Home, Auto, Condo, Renters, Motorcycle, Boat, etc.)

Follow up to requests for quotes via phone, email, text.

Work with local mortgage brokers to provide evidence of insurance / policy documents for customers purchasing new homes

Respond to leads and referrals quickly and effectively

Job Qualifications

Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred

Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)

Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
