About the Role:

Landis & Associates Inc. is looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Agency/Sales Associate to join our team in Parkville, MD! Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound sales efforts

Educate clients on Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies

Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet client needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and renewals

Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals and performance targets

Handle inbound inquiries and provide outstanding customer service

Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems

Requirements:

Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one)

Previous sales or insurance experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and drive to succeed

Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
