As the Agency Owner, I believe our sales staff should be focused on Quoting and Closing not prospecting. Our marketing system is 100% positive response based. We quote customers who want to be quoted and we ask for the sale. My staff enjoy a flexible schedule and are able to work from home or office with proven success.
As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify, qualify and close sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
Currently hold an active Property & Casualty license.
Minimum of 1 year (3+ years for fast track) property and casualty (home and auto specific) Insurance sales experience required
A proven track record of success.
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
