We have an immediate opening for afull-time, Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. If you have experience in theinsurance industry, I invite you to apply for the position in my office.
As a sales producer, you will beresponsible for contacting warm leads and growing our book of business.
Responsibilities Include:
- The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including prospecting, building, and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals, and closing sales
- The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
- A solid understanding and knowledge foundation of the products and discounts being offered
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
- Develop insurance quotes and close sales
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
- Maintain a positive impact on customers and generate five-star reviews
Agent will receive:

Requirements:
- Prior background knowledge and experience in sales is a plus
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Develop positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Be capable of handling customer rejection and overcoming
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- P &C License is required prior to start date
