SALES PROFESSIONAL FOR ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY

As an INSURANCE SALES PROFESSIONAL, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community selling home, auto, business and life insurance. This position is full time, Monday to Friday.

The Sales Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.

Base hourly wage plus commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly sales goals through generating new business
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Be organized, efficient, and able to multitask

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interest in a sales career “ sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required, but preferred
• A 4-40 or 2-20 license preferred, but not required for hire
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow up, and follow through
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coachable and open to constructive feedback
• Honest and has integrity
• A positive attitude and a go-getter!
