Educate clients on insurance products and protection strategies

Servicing existing customers and take care of their needs

Generate and follow up on leads (we provide marketing support)

Cross-sell to existing customers and onboard new ones

Help drive agency growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in sales and relationship-building

Allstate Insurance Experience required

Property & Casualty license required

Excellent communication skills and follow-through

Motivation, confidence, and a strong work ethic
