About the Role:

Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing remote team based out of Memphis, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in insurance sales from the comfort of your own home while making a real difference in clients' lives. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new client leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking

Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health coverage options

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage plans

Manage and maintain a book of business through consistent client follow-up and relationship building

Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics

Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations

Requirements:

Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain

Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus

Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
