About the Role:

Landis & Associates Inc. is looking for a driven and motivated Allstate Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Parkville, MD. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts

Sell Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies

Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right coverage solutions

Manage and grow an existing book of business through policy reviews and upselling

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals and quotas

Maintain accurate client records and follow up on quotes and pipeline activity

Deliver exceptional customer service to retain clients and drive referrals

Requirements:

Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)

Prior insurance sales or financial services experience preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and competitive mindset

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
