Primary responsibilities would include selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance offering to new and existing clients. Allstate offers Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance. Pay includes base + commission + bonuses. Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty license.

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus. (expected 1st year income range between $45,000-60,000)

Position Responsibilities:

New Client Development

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support as needed.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills

Confident self-starter who works well independently

Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers’ needs

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up

Able to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty license.

Required:

Property Casualty and/or Life Insurance License

Sales Experience

Bilingual - Not required, but a plus!
