    INTERNSHIP - FULLY-REMOTE

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Intern will receiving incoming calls and conduct outgoing calls to claimants
    • Intern will be responsible for reviewing case notes, providing education as well as collecting and documenting information in case notes
    • Intern will provide quality customer service and have the ability to troubleshoot any concerns the claimants may have
    • Intern will be responsible for logging voicemails in case notes and setting the applicable follow up task
    • Intern will be responsible for data entry and releasing needed questionnaires to claimants via internal software

    QUALITIES OF AN IDEAL INTERN:

    • Possess a friendly, customer centric personality, focused on creating a positive experience through education and relationship building techniques
    • Team player and great communication skills including written professional communication
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
    • Pays attention to detail and problem solve
    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously
    • Other duties as assigned

    HOURS REQUEST:

    • Minimum of 20 hours a week, can be flexible with school schedules
