    Job Description

    Allura Global LLC. is currently seeking a FULL-TIME Pharmacy Account Executive to manage a Seattle, WA territory. The ideal candidate must possess a high motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills and the ability to drive new sales to join our team! Candidates must have a proven track record of sales success.

    The Pharmacy Account Executive will drive a product portfolio consisting of pharmacy software, COVID testing products and SmartPRICE medication management solutions for our client partner. The key sales target is independent pharmacies.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Exceed business outcomes and quarterly sales goals.
    • Exceed key performance indicators (KPI’s) sales goals, outreach/visits, and sales to independent pharmacies and physicians.
    • Integrate creative product sales and product education strategies with pharmacists, owners, and employees to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Create product education/training sessions with pharmacy employees.
    • Provide exceptional product knowledge of client partner products.
    • Deliver effective selling presentations using features/benefits along with various resources and tools to grow the volume and market share of the launch product.
    • Ability to navigate the territory with a business building mindset, creating advocates within the Healthcare Professional arena.
    • Manage territory routing for high value targets to deliver volume growth/market share.
    • Deliver all responsibilities in an ethical manner aligned with all company, industry, federal, state, and local guidelines.

    SUMMARY OF JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree; prefer business.
    • Required 2-3 years pharmacy/healthcare/pharmaceutical/device or pharmaceutical sales experience; prefer independent pharmacy sales experience.
    • Regional sales relationships preferred with territory knowledge including relationships with pharmacy & physician decision makers.
    • Knowledge of business software sales process; consultative sales background.
    • Experience developing consultative relationships with pharmacists, techs, employees, healthcare practitioners, and providers within the healthcare industry.
    • Manage pharmaceutical industry conferences/trade events to promote and drive pharmacy sales solutions.
