2️⃣ ABOUT THE FLAVORIST & PRODUCT POSITION

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative and passionate Flavorist to join our team at Allways. As a Flavorist, you will have the unique opportunity to be the mastermind behind our delicious Allways Drops flavors and functional formulations. By working closely with our small but dedicated team, you will have a hand in creating new and innovative products that will delight our customers and set us apart from the competition.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and staying informed on new and emerging flavor trends, ingredients, and technologies, as well as functional ingredients to enhance our product line. You will use your analytical skills to understand consumer preferences and identify trends in the flavor industry, and conduct sensory evaluations of new and existing products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

We are seeking someone who is not just passionate about food and innovation, but also has a deep understanding of flavor chemistry, ingredient functionality and formulation, and has a proven track record in flavor development and product development. 3️⃣ WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?

• Conceptualize and create new Allways Drops flavors that align with our brand vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas.
• Conduct sensory evaluations of new and existing products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Use analytical tools and techniques to understand consumer preferences and identify trends in the flavor industry.
• Continuously research and stay informed on new and emerging flavor trends, ingredients, and technologies.
• Utilize knowledge of ingredient functionality and formulation to optimize product development.
• Work with production team to ensure that new products can be manufactured consistently and efficiently.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of all product development activities.

5️⃣ SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in flavor development for food or beverage industry.
• Proven experience in product development and flavor creation.
• Strong understanding of flavor chemistry, ingredient functionality, and formulation.
• Experience with sensory analysis and consumer testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for food and innovation, especially beverage
