    JOB DESCRIPTION

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME/DAYTIME M-F 8-5 

    EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Required 

    JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acquire customers through cold calling, LinkedIN networking, email prospecting, referrals, etc. We assist in providing leads (no territories- available market is virtually unlimited, anyone who ships in the US). 
    • Occasional Travel is required (expect around one trip per month)
    • Building strong relationships with your customers
    • Providing quotes and pricing to your customer. 
    • Communicating thoroughly and proactively throughout the shipment process
    • Assembling and coaching your support team

    TRAINING:

    New hires are put through operations training upon hire. The training period is typically 4-12 weeks but can vary significantly depending on experience level and industry background.

    COMPENSATION:

    Typical pay arrangement includes a Base Salary /  Commission mix.   Our unique pay structure adjusts the base/commission mix over time while you develop a strong book of business.  Our unique team building system gives you your time back as you grow your book, truly lifting and removing your earnings ceiling! 

    Realistic 1st year pay - $50-100k

    Realistic 2nd year pay - $70- 200k

    • Previous experience and success in a sales position (minimum 6 months)

    • Ability to accept repeated rejection over the phone and email
    • Must be a problem-solver
