    JOB DESCRIPTION

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME / DAYTIME M-F 8-5 

    EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Required 

    JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acquire customers through cold calling, LinkedIN networking, email prospecting, referrals, etc. We assist in providing leads (no territories- available market is virtually unlimited, anyone who ships in the US). 
    • Building strong relationships with your customers
    • Providing quotes and pricing to your customer. 
    • Communicating thoroughly and proactively throughout the shipment process
    • Assembling and coaching your support team

    TRAINING:

    New hires are put through operations training upon hire. Training period is typically of 4-12 weeks but can vary significant depending on experience level and industry background.

    COMPENSATION:

    Typical pay arrangement includes Base salary /  Commission mix.   Our unique pay structure adjusts the base / commission mix over time while you develop a strong book of business.  Our unique teambuilding system gives you your time back as you grow your book, truly lifting and removing your earnings cieling! 

    Realistic 1st year pay - $40-80k

    Realistic 2nd year pay - $60- 120k

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience and success in a sales position (minimum 6 months)
    • A highly self-confident personality
    • Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
    • Proficient with technology
    • Ability to accept repeated rejection over the phone and email
    • Must be a problem-solver
