Entry Level Day Trade Specialist – $45k starting pay 

• In-office full-time broker position.  High energy, fast-paced work environment with highly ambitious peers and lucrative potential. 
• $50-80k first-year income potential while you are training for several 6-figure paths within the company.  
• You will be day trading our transactional freight, making 10-30 commissioned deals per day by end of year 1. 
• After 1-2 years in this position, an ambitious day trade specialist will have several 6-figure income paths available within the company. 
• A mix of base pay to provide adequate safety net, plus lucrative commission potential with permanent base pay.

Duties include but are not limited to:  

• Negotiating rates and day-trading freight shipments
• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High volume phone and email outreach 
• Negotiating rates with contractors  
• Collaboration with company sales and operations departments
• Providing updates and solutions to team members
