    Our Operations Team is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Automotive Tracking & Customer Service Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile for their team. This role will require collaboration with Carrier sales and Customer sales to ensure timely updates from dedicated carriers, along with being able to work independently. The right person will be able to use their organizational skills along with their multitasking skills to be able to navigate within different customer TMS and provide proactive updates.

    JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtaining shipment updates from dedicated carriers
    • Updates throughout multiple customer TMS
    • Scheduling appointments with receivers when necessary
    • Majority carrier communication, minimal customer communication
    • Moderate phone and email outreach
    • Providing proactive updates to team members
    • General data entry

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills-

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Experience working within different customer TMS preferred

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
