Logistics Internship job details:

• Duties include but are not limited to: 
  
• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors 
  
• Answering Phones (high call volume) 
  
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales) 
  
• Providing shipment updates to customers 
  
• Sending update emails frequently to update parties 
  
• General Data Entry

Qualifications

A successful candidate must possess the following traits / skills:

• Must be in final year of Bachelors degree program (Also recent & upcoming graduates will be considered)
  
• Computer proficiency (40 WPM+ typing, familiarity and speed with basic Windows app) 
  
• Excellent communication skills 
  
• Dependability 
  
• Great work ethic 
  
• Desire for constant education / training 
  
• Desire to build a successful career
