    JOB DESCRIPTION

    FULL TIME, SHIFT HOURS 8AM - 5PM M-F  

    We are currently looking for disciplined, competitive and highly self motivated individuals to add to our team!  This position will help you build the foundation for what can be a highly lucrative career in the fast paced and rapidly expanding logistics industry.  

    Duties include but are not limited to: 

    • Obtaining shipment updates from contractors 
    • Answering Phones (high call volume) 
    • New Order Data Entry
    • Load Scheduling
    • New Carrier Data Entry
    • Providing shipment updates to sales team & directly to customers

    Qualifications:

    A successful candidate must possess the following traits / skills:

    • Minimum 2+ years of college / post-secondary education. Degree preferred but not required. 
    • Computer proficiency (40 WPM+ typing, familiarity and speed with basic Windows app) 
    • Must be organized & detailed oriented!
    • Strong multi-tasking skills required
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines
    • Must be a problem solver!
