Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Duties & Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Radiologist and Imaging manager, to perform radiological procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of the technical detail. To perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. To assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. May be assigned duties as an interim supervisor or instructor.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate from a Radiography program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Level one trauma and radiography experience at large teaching institution preferred; fast pace and high volume experience; experience performing high volume portable radiographs; must have OR experience; GI/GU Fluoroscopy experience; have used Cerner/Radnet; BLS; positive attitude/no complaining; team player; energetic, self-motivated, & quick learner; attention to detail-performs quality images; flexible; dependable.
