    Job Title: 

    Asset Management Specialist 

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance tracking within an organization with 2,000 servers and hundreds of software titles.
    • Ensure ServiceNow accurately reflects entitlements and license usage.
    • Coordinate remediation of non-compliant software licenses
    • Assist IT solution architects with evaluation cost effective software licensing alternatives
    • Identify licensing impacts and licensing strategy related to moving workloads to AWS/Azure
    • Perform licensing true-ups including Microsoft EA
    • Manage responses to vendor initiated audits
    • Develop, maintain and improve software asset management policies and processes.
