  • Responsibilities

    AVAC is seeking both experienced professionals as well as coaches new to tennis but experience with teaching/coaching children. Tennis Pros at AVAC are exceptional at building rapport with both children and their parents, and they deliver the highest quality group and private lessons. We are currently seeking coaches for teaching children during the week and weekends and experienced pros for adult lessons and group clinics.

    Compensation:

    Qualified Tennis Pros earn 60% commission on private and group lessons brought in by the Pro. Assistant Coaches/Associate Pros earn $18-$45/hour depending on experience, certifications, abilities, and other qualifications.

    Qualifications Required

    · Required:

    o Current or in-progress USPTA or PTR certified professional (we can help you get certified)

    o CPR/AED Certified

    o Background Check

    · Desired:

    o 10 & Under Certification or 11-17 Certification

    o Ability to and experience with working with junior players 4-18 years

    o Ability to and experience with working with adult players 3.0-4.5
