    Job Description

     

    JOB TITLE: Bilingual Administrative Assistant DEPARTMENT: Executive Team REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

    JOB SUMMARY The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. The objective is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
    • 3+ years of administrative experience.

    COMPENSATION

    • Fixed

    GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
    • Manage and maintain executive’s agenda and travel arrangements.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
    • Arrange and coordinate staff meetings and events.
    • Provide clerical support to other departments.
    • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Execute tasks assigned by CPA, and Operations/ Accounting / Tax Managers.
