Customer Service Representative
Growing Insurance Agency is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities are as follows:
Document all inquiries, resolutions and follow up on tasks within the agency management system
Review and process change request from our current customers
Prepare insurance binders, RMV1's & RMV3's and 2A's as well as homeowners cancellation letters
Scanning all new business policies and endorsement changes to our current agency management system
Assisting with new business quotes cross selling current mono-line policies
Mailing out new business policies and endorsement letters to current customers
Contact current customers regarding their policy renewals
We are looking for a high energized individual that has the desire to help our current customers with the best customer service approach in its class.
High School Diploma is required
At least one year of office administrative experience is preferred we are willing to train the right candidate
We offer weekly pay and paid holidays
BILINGUAL SPANISH IS REQUIRED
