ALMCOE REFRIGERATION, A FAMILY OWNED COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION COMPANY, IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR FANTASTIC TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS FOR IMMEDIATE START!

OUR MISSION: FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED FOR OVER 60 YEARS, ALMCOE CONTINUES TO DOMINATE THE INDUSTRY WITH THEIR SUPERIOR SERVICE, FLAWLESS INSTALLATIONS AND DEDICATED TEAM.

MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8-5PM.

TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR INTERNAL EMPLOYEES AND OUR CUSTOMER BASE VIA DISPATCHING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.

After job is mastered may work remotely on a limited basis (typically twice a week) to not disrupt flow of business and quality of work or timely responses and availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (DUTY TO PERFORM)

• Manage all assigned accounts
• Review assigned customer tickets for accuracy
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Give outstanding customer service
• Assist with answering incoming calls
• Create POs
• Prepare customizable reports for customers
• Make collection calls.
• Receive and enter Refrigerant tracking forms into Parasense and Verisae
• Work with 3rd party billing platforms
• Manage and schedule Preventative Maintenance calls for designated customers
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• MICROSOFT OFFICE
• CRM
• 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
