Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Housekeepers will clean guest rooms according to company standards in a timely manner

Change bed linens and replenish guest in-room amenities

Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas throughout the hotel

Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a helpful, friendly manner

Work closely with all departments to ensure guest rooms meet standards in every way

Retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping, safety and security procedures and regulations.

Respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Report any missing articles, damage or mechanical problems to the Senior Housekeeper and turn in articles left in room.
