ALONJA Enterprises LLC is currently seeking to 10 agents for Quality Assurance Specialist.

_As a quality assurance agent, you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department.
_
_You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters!
_
_It's that simple! We provide the client, you make the call!
_
_You will set your own schedule, so you are able to work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.
_
_Responsibilities:
_
_* Successfully complete a test call
- Call all companies provided via assigned lists
- Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
- Document detailed information of overall experience
- Complete review submission form prior to the required deadline
- Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
_
_Pay Rate:
_
$3.00 per call (7 calls or less) or $30 per completed list
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related
- Moderate level of computer knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Strong listening skills
- Accuracy
- Efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements
• Active Phone line (mobile or landline)
• Mobile Device capable of downloading applications
• CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
• Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater
• Internet Connection.
