Responsibilities: • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Qualifications: • Ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus Compensation: $90,000 plus commission
