Role and Responsibilities

The Order and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders. Manages and fulfills all online sales orders, delivered directly to consumers as well as to dealers/distributors. Strategic in communicating with Leadership to ensure adequate stock levels are available for fulfillment as well as proper timing and transit for outgoing shipments. Must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.

Order Fulfillment Specialist

• Manage end-to-end order process ( pulling, packaging, shipping, and inventory management ).
• Fulfill all online orders ( download orders, pick items, grind/bag coffee, package, and ship ).
• Pack coffee/merchandise securely and efficiently with proper packaging materials and labels.
• Perform regular quality checks on all packaged orders and report damaged/defective items.
• Maintain organized and efficient inventory to ensure prompt customer order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular and routine inventory of merchandise at all coffee house locations.
• Assist with internal order fulfillment and delivery of merchandise to all coffee house locations.
• Conduct inventories and maintain suitable levels of merchandise at all coffee house locations.
• Place orders for coffee roasting to enable the fulfillment of online and wholesale orders.
• Ensure all outbound fulfillment orders are accurately and efficiently shipped out each day.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace and help coffee house staff as requested.

The position description is not all inclusive and may require you to perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Experience with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.

· Experience with Shopify software ( helpful but not required ).

· Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications/Skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs.
