    International company seeks a Financial & System Analyst who will support implementing JEDOX software as well as support the planning, budgeting, forecasting and results analysis using financial reports.

    1. Support Implement financial planning and analysis software (Jedox)

    • Deliver monthly profit reports to Business Directors and Department Heads
    • Compare and analyze actual vs budget results monthly
    • Assist with entry and uploading of budget data and forecasts
    • Reconcile data in financial reporting system with ERP
    • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs
    • Work closely with consultants to communicate system requirements and set priorities
    • Test new features prior to implementation
    • Attend Jedox training and become in-house expert; learn how to troubleshoot and fix issues with existing reports and how to create simple reports as needed
    • Promote adoption and usage of Jedox and other software systems within the company.
    • Connect business system as part of larger digital transformation process

    2. Accounting/Financial related tasks

    • Complete and deliver various sales and profit data to Head Office
    • Compile and report inventory quantities and values to Head Office
    • Prepare and submit business division reports of subsidiaries to Head Office
    • Prepare and submit to Head Office ad-hoc reporting requirements
    • Compute and compare gross margin by profit center
    • Assist in the collection, upload and distribution of annual budget data
    • Assist in the collection and consolidation of quarterly forecast data
    • Conduct revenue recognition analysis
    • Create and generate ad-hoc reporting for Business or Support Services departments

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance
    • 3+yrs' related experience
    • Must have experience with financial data analysis, accounting software systems, familiarity with budget preparation and financial reporting
    • Exp. with SAP and/or Jedox a plus
    • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
