    Job Overview
    We are searching for a committed General Criminal Intelligence Analyst to become a significant member of our dynamic team. The chosen individual will be paramount in examining and categorizing raw data, executing intelligence evaluations, and guaranteeing efficient dissemination of intelligence to Federal, State, Local, Tribal (FSLT), and other vital entities.

    Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. For transitioning military personnel, related Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) and Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSC) may include, but are not limited to:

    • U.S. Army MOS:
      • 35F: Intelligence Analyst
      • 35G: Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst
    • U.S. Marine Corps MOS: * 0231: Intelligence Specialist
    • U.S. Air Force AFSC: * 1N0X1: Operations Intelligence * 1N4X1: Fusion Analyst

    Experience in these military occupational specialties may be beneficial but is not required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the categorization and examination of raw intelligence data.
    • Forge strong collaborations with FSLT and other essential partners.
    • Draft and scrutinize intelligence reports and bulletins.
    • Carry out and articulate periodic intelligence evaluations and briefings.
    • Direct the distribution of information and intelligence to FSLT and other crucial partners.
    • Cultivate effective communication and analytical proficiency among team members.
    • Ensure systematic gathering, recording, and practical utilization of data and intelligence.
    • Supervise compliance with relevant Privacy Policies.

    Qualifications

    • Work Experience: Must have at least two years of experience as an intelligence analyst in a Federal intelligence agency, the military, State, and/or local law enforcement intelligence unit, or in a non-government agency.
    • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, political science, statistical analysis, or a related field may substitute the work experience requirement, provided the candidate completes training to ensure baseline proficiency in intelligence analysis and production within six months of the contract.
    • Proficiency in English is required.
    • Must be adept in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and social media platforms.
    • The ability to secure an FBI Top Secret level security clearance is mandatory.
    • Candidates must pass a criminal history background check and polygraph conducted by WSP (Washington State Patrol).
