Coaching at Alpha Gymnastics does not require any previous training, but a love of working with children is a must! We will train the right person. We want only the best for our families, and we are looking for the perfect coaches to be a part of taking our program to the next level. Who you are: A master cat herder, team player, motivational coach, and FUN focused...If you enjoy thinking creatively and exploring outside the box ideas then you are the coach that we have been looking for. We consider it a bonus if you are a skilled negotiator who thrives when working in a team setting. Must have a firm grasp of the spoken word because communicating with both little ones in training and their providers is pivotal to your success at Alpha Gymnastics. Ok, now the boring stuff this is a part-time coaching position. Available shifts Monday-Friday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings. We are looking for 3-4 reliable coaches.
