Customer Service Representative eCommerce - Part Time/Temporary - Remote
Job Description
The E-Comm Customer Service Representative remote position will be a Part Time Temporary position will start immediately through February 25, 2021. The candidate will responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to our e-Commerce customers. The candidate will support the existing Customer Service team through assisting customers over the phone, email, and chat. The candidate will work 16-24 hours per week. Our standard working hours are between 9am and 5pm ET Monday through Friday, we are flexible with the hours worked within the workday but prefer majority of the hours worked are in the morning. Availability to work on Black Friday (November 26) and Cyber Monday (November 29) is necessary.
THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE WITH THE EMPLOYEE LIVING/WORKING WITHIN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, VIRGINIA OR NEW YORK. HOURLY RATE OF $16.00 PER HOUR.
