    We are seeking a dedicated Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the firm's Paramus office. The individual will play a crucial role in shaping the client's first impression, ensuring that it aligns with the firm's commitment to professionalism, excellence, and unmatched service.

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Front Desk Operations : Efficiently manage the reception area, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, and directing them appropriately.

    2. Call Management : Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and forward to the appropriate personnel or department.

    3. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring that attorneys' calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are avoided.

    4. Administrative Support : Assist with clerical duties as needed, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and drafting correspondence.

    5. Client Relations : Maintain a client-focused approach, addressing inquiries with promptness and directing client concerns to appropriate teams or personnel.

    Desired Qualifications :

    • Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
    • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, patience, and positivity.
    • Proficient in office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring systems.
    • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or coursework in legal studies will be an added advantage.
