    Job Description

    Alpha Marketing Strategies is looking to fill an ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE role. This Full Time position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills looking to get into a consistent and stable company. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train into this role. They have the innate people skills, love of a fast-paced environment, and we've noticed, they're fun too which expands on our upbeat environment! At Alpha Marketing Strategies we specialize in the areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and client care.

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service related field
    • Ability to start right away
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent with follow-up and deadlines
    • Student Mentality and strong work ethic
    • Career oriented mindset and professional demeanor
    • Related college degree preferred, however not a requirement

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide excellent customer service to customers
    • Conduct routine customer service calls
    • Research and resolve customer inquiries to customer satisfaction
    • Uphold high customer service standards
    • Providing superior customer service
    • Maintain client satisfaction standards
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ongoing customers
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interactions
    • Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
    • Solicit customer feedback to improve service
    • Encourage resolution to customer complaints
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
    • Ensure resolution of customer issues
    • Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
    • Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

    We train entry-level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Sacramento and Reno business market. On a management level, we act as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization and prepare recently-promoted managing partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.
