 OUR CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM IS EXPANDING 

Alpha Marketing Strategies is looking to fill an ENTRY-LEVEL CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER opening, and it’s one of the most influential roles in our company. The person in this position would receive hands-on, individualized training from day one. 

We have found that candidates that have worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service based positions have an easy transition into this role and achieve great success in our company. Candidates with these experiences have innate people skills and thrive in our people focused and fast paced environment. 

Since Alpha has recently expanded we are focused on finding someone that is looking for a career where there is room for growth and training opportunities into leadership and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine customers needs and propose appropriate service needs
• Must be willing and able to learn new marketing techniques as the company expands
• Develop solid customer relationships
• Help with retaining clients 
• Participate in strategy meetings 
• One-on-one coaching and training with the management team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Professional demeanor and customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent with follow-up and deadlines
• Career oriented mindset and excellent work ethic
• College degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising,Communications, PR, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, or Management best but not required

Company Description

We train entry-level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Sacramento and Reno business market. On a management level, we act as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization and prepare recently-promoted managing partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.
