QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school degree or equivalent 
• 1-3 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, client management or leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience
• Communicate effectively with each and every customer to discover their needs or wants
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Identify opportunities to help customers with services and contracts 
• Work in both in group environments and independently 
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Seize opportunities to up-sell services when they arise
• Attend educational seminars and trainings to improve knowledge and performance level

Company Description

We train entry-level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Sacramento and Reno business market. On a management level, we act as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization and prepare recently-promoted managing partners to oversee new markets and campaigns. From internships to career opportunities, Alpha Marketing Strategies provides upward mobility, hands-on coaching, and networking conferences.
