About the Position:
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Web-to-Print Website Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build, maintain, and troubleshoot our web-to-print websites through a software platform called XMPie. Your mission is to ensure seamless functionality and a positive user experience for all our clients, internal and external. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for design and user interface (UI) considerations within the web-to-print environment.
Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance:
Regularly monitor and maintain the performance and usability of the web-to-print website.
Conduct routine updates to ensure the website remains current.
Optimize website performance, load times, and responsiveness through performance tuning.
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features and enhancements to the web-to-print platform.
Tech Support and Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the web-to-print website.
Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, including functionality errors, display issues, and performance problems.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to efficiently identify and resolve technical challenges.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and integrations to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality remains intact after implemented changes.
Identify and report bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement to the development team for resolution.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience within the web-to-print interface.
Provide feedback and recommendations on UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and accessibility.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with website builder software and platforms like XMPie, Four51, Pressero, Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, or similar systems.
Proven experience in website maintenance and support roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional user experiences.
Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles, is a plus but not required.
