Reports to: Apparel Manager
Availability
Full-time
40 hours per week
Daily Responsibilities
Operate M&R Auto Presses: 8 Color & 14 Color
Utilize and interpret job tickets for proper job production
Set-up and register screens
Load and Pull product on and off press
Maintain a clean work station
Lead Press Operator is responsible for color mixing, job prep review, and has final say on quality control amongst other operators.

Safe, efficient, and quality-driven machine operation.
This Role’s Most Critical Outcomes
Machine output per shift.
Follow all quality control operating procedures.
Meet or exceed daily quotas.
Experience Required
3+ years of direct automatic screen press operator experience.
Well versed in all aspects of apparel production work including but not limited to prepress, screen making, and equipment maintenance
Functional computer skills required to operate our production software.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in other areas of production, when needed.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning tasks
