    AlphaGraphics Kansas City is looking for a sales and relationship-driven team member who wants to help customers create successful marketing products. If you are a service-driven person who thrives at building relationships then this position is for you. An Account Representative with AlphaGraphics is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the growth and success of our team.

    As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics Kansas City’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. Managing client priorities is dynamic and fluid so every day is different. We are investing in new staff, new equipment, and technology too!

    What you will do on a regular basis:

    Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization. Communicate along the customer journey.

    Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities. Suggest appropriate products and services to meet the client goals.

    Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.

    Communicate customer requirements to the production team in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take and enter estimates and orders, maintain accounts, and monitor the quality of projects.

    Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

    Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

    Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.

    Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

    Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.

    Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.

    Communicate with your team members in a clear and positive manner.
