    Our tight-knit team is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. More than anything, we’re looking for highly collaborative and dependable teammates who are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member. Ensuring customer satisfaction will be your number one job!

    What you can expect to do:

    Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization to clients and visitors.

    Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.

    Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, and support customers in the business associated with their account.

    Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

    Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

    Support customers and teams with project management, fulfillment organization, and other daily activities.

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

    Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.

    Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

    Be willing to take direction. But … be able to work independently.

    Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.

    Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.

    Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.

    Communicate with your team members in a clear and positive manner.

    Maintain a regular schedule to complete projects when clients need them.
