We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will work directly with the sales staff. They will establish strong customer relationships and be a point-of-contact for the client throughout the production process. The ideal candidate for this position is service & detail oriented, with a customer-first mentality, great work ethic and enthusiastic personality.

Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Handle communications with clients in a professional manner

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Proven record of customer service and/or sales skills

Must successfully pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

Answer client inquiries via phone & email

Maintain communications between sales staff, production team and clients throughout the production process

Assist sales team with client follow-ups and re-orders

Follow-up on client projects to ensure production quality and accuracy

Education & Experience:

College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred

Two plus years of experience in a customer service environment

Knowledge of printing and/or graphic design is a plus

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Hours & Compensation:

Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm

$16 - $18 / hour, depending on experience
